Our History

Parc Carafanau Strand Caravan Park is a charming, family-run holiday destination that offers a welcoming atmosphere for families, featuring just 22 holiday home pitches. Founded in 1973 by siblings Glyn and Megan Williams, the park has been lovingly maintained by their family ever since, with Glyn’s daughter Glenys, her husband Medwyn, and their son Dafydd continuing this cherished legacy.

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque seaside village of Benllech, the park is conveniently located just 300 meters from local shops, restaurants, and takeaways, as well as beautiful beaches. Guests can also enjoy delightful coastal walks in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty nearby.

The park offers stunning views of Benllech Beach, Traeth Coch (Red Wharf Bay), Llanddona, Y Gogarth (Great Orme), Ynys Seiriol (Puffin Island), and the majestic Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains.

While most of our holiday caravans are privately owned, we do have two caravans available for weekly rental, as well as two luxury pods for short breaks.
